BUTTER AT 80 SHILLINGS
Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd., have received from their principals, Trengrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London, the following cabled, advice, dated March 19: —New Zealand butter, 80s per cwt; more business is doing.
A. J. Mills and Co., London, cable market prices as ruling at the close of business yesterday, as follows:— Butter: Market is slow. New Zealand finest, 80s to 81s per cwt; New Zealand firsts, 79s to 80s; Australian choicest, 80s to 81s; Australian first grade, 79s to 80s; Danish (spot), 118s; Danish (i'.o.b.), 100s. Cheese: Market is quiet. New Zealand white, 49s to 49s 6d per cwt; New Zealand coloured, 51s to 51s 6d; Canadian, white and coloured, 60s to 625.
