GOODWILL MISSION
VISIT BY JAPANESE
NEW ZEALAND FIRST
(Received July 13, 1 p.m.) CANBERRA, This Day. The Japanese goodwill mission headed by Mr. Katsuji Debuchi will first visit New Zealand. Mr. Debuchi will arrive with his staff of six at.Sydney on August 15, and a-few hours later will proceed to New Zealand. He will return to Sydney on September 1, when he will be received by the Governor-Generai. Later he will be the guest of the Government, which is malting elaborate arrangements for his visit to Canberra, Sydney, and Melbourne. Mr. Debuchi will remain here for about two weeks.
