DOMINION WOOL TRADE
Dalgety and Co. estimate that the total quantity of greasy wool held over in iNew Zealand is 61,469 bales, as against 147,390 bales last season, and that mainly m Ihc Wellington district with 13,887 bales and'Wanganui district with 13,140 bales; whereas the total South Island quantity is 5652 bales. For the full twelve months ended June ■30 hist the total realisation for wool sold m New Zealand was £10,241,041. Since May a fair quantity of wool has 'been sold privately. Sales for the past season were 93.62 per cent. oE the wool offered; viz., 691,969 bales. 'Realisations for the 1932-33 season for 563,605 bales sold.were £4,239,720 at 5.168 d per lb average, compared with 11.127 d per lb average for 1033-31:
