Sir,—l note that the Civic League has not included in its ticket for the municipal elections the names of three Councillors who liavq faithfully represented tha citizens for some years, "VVill . the league explain to the public why these names are omitted? It is a matter of importance to the citizens and to the lengue's ticket. .If there are sound reasons for the exclusion there are many people who will vote for th,e ticket, but if there are no reasons or the reasons are not good they will vote for the excluded three and for no others.—l am, etc,, CITIZEN.
