The "Herald" says that it'is learnt] thilt the State Cabinet is very dissatis-j fled with the proposed agreement be- j tween tho Commonwealth Bank and the State Savings Bank Commissioners for reopening the State Bank. Mr. Lang will not take the responsibility of either accepting or rejecting the agreement, which will probably be submitted to the Assembly as a non-party matter.. ■ - ' . ■', ':, "
