The directorate of the Fascist Party, with Signer Mussolini presiding, passed a resolution protesting against the imputations iii the Papal encyclical that the "Blackshirts"' were not Fascists in principle, but were Fascists for the sake of bread and butter, and indignantly rejected the suggestion that Freemasonry had re-entered Fascism.
