After providing for rebate on bills current, for British, Australian, and New Zealand rates and taxes, and making provision for bad and doubtful debts and other contingencies, the net profit, for the year amounted to £615,083 19s lid. • > ■■ '■<-: :! :. . , To this has: to be added £161,943 7s 5d brought forward 'from the previous year s account, making a total of £777,027 7s 4d; From this, £315,000 was paid as an Interim Dividend on 3rd October last, and the Directors Have now appropriated a further sum of £270,000.t0 pay a final Dividend of 6s per Share, making in all £585,000, equal to LJs her.
