MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Cases at the Magistrate's Court were dealt with yesterday by Mr. T. B. M'Neil, S.M. Peter M'C'ombie, a waiter, aged 10, and Kenneth Murray White, a motor-driver, aged 20, were remanded until 25th March on a. charge of stealing a motor-car, valued at £120, and one coat, valued at £1 10s, the property of Walter Henry Vickers. A remand until 25th March tvas granted in the case of John Cameron, a labourer, aged 61, who was charged with .being idle and disorderly, with-insufficient lawful means of support. John' Fry, a second offender for drunkjyincss, who had spent the night in the tellsy-was^coti'victed - OTd-^disclfavged.
