Offenders against the bylaws were dealt .•with at the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday by Mr. W. H. Woodward, 5.M.'...:,; ' Ossory A. I'itzpatrick was fined'£l for driving with defective headlights. -': Jack Gardner was convicted 'and ordered to pay costs On a charge of using an unregistered motor-cycle. He was similarly dealt with.on a charge of having no number plates on a,motor-cycle. ■•' J.■ Keith Sutherland was fined .£1 for aiding and abetting in the commission of an offence."
