WEDDINGS

An evening wodditig took place rocently at St; Andrew's Church, The Terrace, when Boryl, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Hunter, Oriental Bay, was married to Eoss, elder son of Mrs. and the late Mr. J. T. 'S. Trewhcellar, Sydney. The Bey. E. J. Howie performed the ceremony, and Mr. Frank Thomas played the wedding j music. Tho bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a frock of tea-roso tinted satin, cut on long straight lines and trimmed with Honiton lace. The train, which was lined with marietta of the same shade, was finished with | (".rue lover's knots, and orango blossoms. Her net veil was trimmed with' Honiton lace, and waa arranged witji a cap of lace. A sheaf of deep-red roses was carried. The bridesmaids, Misses Joyco Keveirs and Peggy Bird, wore picture frocks of delphinium blue taffeta, tho skirts being composed vo£ frills. Tho long, close-fitting bodicos were finished at the waist with flowers. Two small flower girls, Margaret and Kathleen Kiley, wore charming^ Kate Grecmawny frocks of blue organdi frilled from tho waist. They hnd tiny puff-' ed sloovoa, poke bonnets, and carried posies of forget-me-nots. Mr. T. A. Trewheellar was best man, and Mr. K. B. Huntor groomsman. Mr. N. Denton and Mr. B. Boylo wero ushers, and Mr. Donton also sang a solo at tho church. Mrs. Hunter wore a model frock in black georgette and tulle, with touches of pink and silver, and a hat to match. She carried a posy of pink roses. Mrs. Trewhoellar wore a black lacii froi-k and a coatee of black and gold. Her bouqrut was in autumn shades. Abotit 150 guests were present nt tho reception, which was held at Turkenklie find Stains' rooms. Dancing and a musical programme occupied tho evening. Tho bride travelled in a powder blue ensemble, which waa finished with squirrel fur collar and cuffs.
