Messrs. Murray; Roberts, and Co., Ltd., are in receipt of the following wool market cablegram from their London agents, dated 4th instant:—"Crossbred greasy advanced 5 per cent.; all other descriptions of wool, market • shows a hardening tendency." ■ Messrs. • AVright, Stephenson,- and Co., Ltd., and Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report liaving received cable advice from their London house reading as follows:— Wool sales. Market continues active. American buyers operating sparingly. Greasy crossbred, 48 to 50's, 10% d; -fine crossbred, 46 to 48's, 9%d; medium crossbred.^ to 46's, 9V£d; crossbred, 40 to 44's, 9%d. Sviped in favour of sellers. Aus-, tralian merinos slightly irregular.
