Won by a neck. Time, 4min ssec. Progressive Handicap, of 135 soys; one mile and live furlongs.—l Gold Treasure, 30yds bhd, 1; 3 Inverness, scr, 2; 4 Zelous, 24yds bhd, 3. Scratched: Bell Tod, Jasper, Our Jessie, Kosie Thorpe, Carnui; Some Dillon. Won by a long head. Time, 3niin 47sec. Waikato Handicap, of 450 soys; two miles; 4.3S class. —3 .AVarplahe, scr, 1; 1 Morning Sun, 12yds bhd, 2; 2 Peter Pirate, scr, 3. Scratched: Brutus, Limosa, Lord Nepean, Master H'uia, Goldman.
