WEEKLY BANK RETURNS
(By Telegraph.—Press Association) AUCKLAND, This Day. .' In connection Avith the pending publication of Aveekly instead of quarterly banking returns, Dr. H. Relshaw, Professor of Economics at Auckland University, states that the bankjs are to be congratulated on making the change. He-was not prepared to say the neAV Aveekly returns Avould be of much immediate benefit, as time would bo needed for study and comparison. Asked whether 'the returns would be of direct value to the business man, Dr. Belshaw said the periodical reports that would be made upon the figures would certainly be of value to him. Later he might learn to make interpretations for himself.
