PROHIBITION CAMPAIGN
Is the returned soldier a Prohibitionist? To-night, in St. Thomas's Ha.ll/ Newtown, Captain Hawkins, a returned soldier with 22 months' overseas service, will occupy tho platform in- the interest of the Prohibition campaign. Captain Hawkins was M.P. for Pahiatua in 1304----5, and editor and manager for seven years of tha Pahiatua Herald, and has a reputation for platform ability. With him will be Mr. A. R. Atkinson, also an exM.P. and a member of tho City Council.
