' The Ambassadors of the Entente are reported to be negotiating with General Kornfioff. It is estimated that Lenin's supporters number 50,000 It is reported that the Cossacks have occupied Kieff. Officers at Tornea (on the SwedishRussian frontier) report that Siberia has declared its independence, and proclaimed the ex-Tsar Emperor.
