The Leninists are holding out only in small parts of Petrograd ; otherwise" the whole of Russia is in the hands of the Provisional Government. General Kaledin is Dictator of Southern Russia. Orders of the Provisional Government are signed by Kerensky, Korniloff, and Kaledin. . The Embassies of the Allies are now in touch with M. Kereneky. Uossacks destroyed the "Red Guards " which was the chief Leninist regiment. -the population at Petrograd is destroying the Leninist proclamations. (Received November 15, 2.30 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, 14th November. -the Russian Legation states that M. -h-erensky has arrived at Petro°rad with an army which utterly defeated the Bolsheviks. General Kaledin and General Korniloff with their Cossacks are co-operating with Kerensky.
