Stratford, Gsec; H. C. Blick, 6sec. Time, 36ssc. Second heat : H. Smith, lOsec, 1; H. AshforD, ssec, 2; P. J. Kivell, Gsec, and L. Bridge, 4sec, dead! heat, 3. Also started — E. S. Forne, 6sec , C. Ward, ssec; C. Moore, 3sec ; and B. C. Freyberg, scr. Time, 36 l-ssec. Final : 11. Smith, 1 ; W. Johnston and L. Bridge, dead heat, 2.
