WONDERLAND.
The announcement of the pi'ogramme for Wonderland for Boxing Day appears in our columns this evening. These pleasure grounds will be one of the main attractions for the Christmas holidays, and should provide special entertainment for country visitors who have not had the opportunity of indulging in the fun and excitement provided oy its various side shows. The water chute., toboggan, kalzenjammer castle, etc., are quite modern methods of amusement. But their popularity all over the world is established, ancrthe thousands of people who indulge in these pastimes are a sufficient indication of the pleasure and amusement that is to be derived from them. Wonderland at Miramar has been laid out on an extensive scale. The fernery in itself is well worthy of a visit, apart from the many attractions that are to be derived by spending a day at Wonderland. The management states thai upwards of 8000 people attended this show ground on Labour Day, and again on the King's Birthday there were over 3000 in attendance. If the weather is fine Wonderland will no doubt receive its fair share of patronage from pleasure-seekers on Boxing Day.
