WEST'S PICTURES.

Details of the leading picture items to be presented on Christmas night at the Town Hall, when West's Pictures and Do Groen's Vice-Regal Orchestra make their reappearance in Wellington, are published in another column. The programme has been carefully selected, and should provide a first-class entertainment and one appropriate to the occasion. Suitable music will be provided by the Vice-Regal Orchestra. On Box- 1 ing night the student of physical culture and "how td get fit" will be shown the training operations of Burns and Johnson, and an idea of the maritime pov.er of Italy will be gained by a series of films showing a recent review of Italian battleships. A special matinee will be given on Boxing Day at 2.30, when children will be admitted at special rates. The box-office is at the Dresden.
