Colonel Capper, Commandant of the Balloon School at Aldershot, in a fur•ther trial of the new army dirigible balloon at Aldershot, covered twenty miles in a series of circular flights. During the final trip of the day, to .and from Fitley with and against a stiff wind, the balloon behaved splendidly, and proved thoroughly dirigible.
