— ' ** (BT TBLBGBAFH. — PRESS ASSOCIATION.") OAMARU, This Day. The annual report of the Oamaru Woollen Factory, circulated to-day, recommends payment of a second dividend making seven per cent, on the ordinary shares and eight per cent, on the preferential shares for tho year, absorbing £1329. They also recommend adding £500 to the reserve and carrying £947 forward. The report remarks that £1134 was spent on new machinery during the year. The mill has been extremely busy but the profits were not commensurate with the business, owing to, the high price of wool. The balancesheet shows that tho balance of £1102 brought forward from last year increased to £2776 during the year, including £735 the amount of the interim dividend paid.
