They will be replaced by the Pioneer (2200 tons, 20 knots) and Pyramus (2135 j tons), the latter becoming drill-ship in Nfew Zealand waters. The Prometheus (2135 tons) sails in a day or so for New Zealand to relieve the Challenger.
