M'Curthy, •Stipendiary Mugiutr,ate, charging him wiHi committing perjury in a civil suit brought against him recently in connection with a promissory note. Accused was reminded for eight days, bail being allowed on two sureties of £100 each and his own recognisance of £200. His solicitor suggested that tho perjury .charge bo adjourned from time to time »until the appeal in tho civil case has )bi'en disposed of.
