St. John Brodricfc, Under-Secret »ry of State i'ori Foreign Affairs, announced that in response I to the representations of the British Government, Russia had postponed dealing with Britishers' property at Hankow. ■ Two or three days ago we were told that Russia refuses to acknowledge tho title of lands acquired from the Chinese Governmeut by Messrs.
