TO REGISTER UNDER. THE ACT,
A correspondent informs us that Mr. Sykcs, M!\, addressed a meeting of special constables iit. Mount Cook last night, and that as a result of this fifty members formed a union of waterside workers, and decided to register under tho Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act. It is understood that demands will be drawn up and served 011 tho employers at- an early date..
