CHANGE OF REFEREE ANNOUNCED ALL BLACKS MAY BE PICKED TO-MORROW (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, June 9. Illness has prevented Mr J. G. Wales, of Auckland, accepting the appointment of referee for the inter-island Rugby football match to be played at Athletic Park on Saturday. Mr J. A. Wilson, of Wellington, has been .appointed. The two teams will assemble in Wellington to-morrow morning. The New Zealand sole selector, Mr E. McKenzie, is expected to choose the All Blacks for the Australian tour on Saturday night. SULLIVAN MAY NOT BE FIT TO PLAY (press ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) v NEW PLYMOUTH, June 9. J. L. Sullivan, captain of the North Island Rugby team, may not be fit to play against the South Island on Saturday.
