DRAMA FESTIVAL
MALVERN DISTRICT The Malvern district held its first festival of drama last Thursday. There was a record attendance to see the plays, and the promoters could well be satisfied with their first efforts in this direction. The festival was held at Darfield, which possesses a fine hall with a good stage. The acting was of a good quality, and the stage_ settings and costumes were a credit to the producers of the plays.
