Tram traffic in Colombo street was delayed for a brief period yesterday afternoon through the drawbar of a race-tram pulling out. The Eivcrdalo Dairy Company's store at Inaha was entered by burglars on "Wednesday evening, and goods to the valuo of '£2o and £2 10s in cash were taken.

There was only one appearance at the Magistrate's Court yesterday before Messrs H. F. Herbert and P. L.
