TO THE EDITOR OF THE FBE3—, v . Sir, —For some time I have been watching the papers for a big announcement that the foundation stone of the above building would be laid by tie Right Hon-. Richard Seddon, with grand' Masonic solemnity, etc., and as the Acting-Minister o£ Agriculture, etc, some" time, during the. Winter Show week'; but as no"notification has-been given to the various Masonic bodies, I presume the stone will*not be laid. But perhaps the Directors to see the announcement in the •paper-that the Show will take place. I fancy there must be a doubt about both taking place, or. are they afraid to advertise?— Yours, &c, - ■ -■ ; ■~ ■ ANXIOUS. —
