He submitted that the names of Boma of the persons to whom the alleged slander was spoken should be given by the defendant. Mr Stringer contra. After some argument the matter stood •vec to enable his Honour to look into cases. SUB STROKOWORK MORRISON, OKC-ASKD. Mr Joynt applied for letters of administration. This was a case in which cross applications were made, one for letters of administration the other for probate, Mr Kippcnberger applying for the latter. After argument his Honour made no «ro«f on the understanding that the will would be propounded by means of an acuon.
