FLOQUET'S SCHEME.
♦ ■ Pabis, Oct, 15. M. Floquet's re-constitution j scheme provides that the Senate may be suspended by a Veto Bill passed by the Chamber until the biennial elections take place. The scheme has been referred to a committee by a large majority.
