TREKKING HOME.
ARTILLERY BATTERY.
DEMOBILISE ON SATURDAY.
Leaving Waiouru mobilisation camp, where it has been engaged on active service conditions manoeuvres, at 9 o'clock this morning, the Ist Field Regiment, New Zealand Artillery, ie trekking back to Auckland, where the unit will be demobilised on Saturday, laving finished three months' intensive training. The battery will spend to-night at Wairakei, and to-morrow night at Okoroire, arriving at Onehunga on Friday afternoon. The battery, which te stated to have reached a high pitch of efficiency, will parade on Saturday for demobilisation.
