REINFORCEMENTS. IN CAMP NEXT MONTH. Concentration of the Fourth Reinforcements of the Expeditionary Force, which was postponed from last week on account of an outbreak of measles among men already in training, hae been tentatively ordered for the beginning of next month, and under the arrangements now being made all the men will be in camp in the firet week ill October. Although the measles were of a mild type, there were so many cases that a general mobilisation of the Fourth Reinforcements was considered inadvisable. However, there hae been a steady reduction in the numiber of fresh cases, and it is stated that the outbreak is definitely under control.
