NORTHCOTE ACTIVITIES.
The president. Mrs. Archie Campbell, occupied the chair at the meeting of the Xorthcote committee of the Plunket Society.
The ni.rse. Miss J. Bursell. reported that 132 visits had been made to the Xorthcote Plunket room during May, besides If! visits to homes. Yoluntary transport was provided bv Mesdames A. Sterling, F. Maxwell, L. Elliott. F. C. Williams and Miss Tsobel Crowe.
A letter of congratulation was read from Mr., J. H. Frater*chairman of the Auckland advisory board, on the splendid organisation' of the recent annual Plunket ball, and on the great success of that function.
It was stated ttiat the redecoration of the Xorthcote Plunket rooni had been completed. The gift by Miss Isabel Campbell, a member of the Truby King Junior League, of a photogravure, "The Mother," by Sir John Avery, was gratefully accepted.
