MOUNT MORGAN POSITION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Stock Exchange has received advice from Mount Morgan, Limited, amending the cable issued yesterday. The message adds: Although heavy capital expenditure involved in the erection of the oxidised ore plant and other scheduled reorganisation lias been provided for, the directors deem it prudent and in the interests of shareholders to refrain from giving consideration to the declaration of the usual interim dividend until the .new pltfnt is operating at capacity. NEW WEST COAST DREDGE. The first dredge to operate in the Barrytown district, White's electric dredge, was officially opened last week. The dredge is on the Greymouth-Westport coastal road. It is the first all-steel electrically-welded dredge in the world, constructed without & bolt or a rivet. It was built by the D.C. Welding Company, of Sydney. The dredge began active operations on Friday. The contractors will make a trial dredge of 50,000 yards, and will then hand the dredge over to the company. YIELDS OF COMPANIES.
