FINAL GAME OF WALLABIES' TOUR. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") PALMERSTON NORTH, this day. The Australian Rugby team is playing the final game of its New Zealand tour here to-day, against a native combination. The weather is fine and the ground dry. The Australians were tendered a, civic reception by the Mayor, Mr. A. E. Mansford, to-day. Teams: — Australia: Rankin, McLean, Kelaher, Bridle, Dorr, Richards, Gibbons, Cerutti, Bonis, Malone, Walden, White, Ramsay, Hodgson, Kelly." Maoris: 'M, O'Connor (North Canterbury), C. McKinley (Poverty Bay), G. Pepere (East Coast), R.' White (North Auckland), N. Kotua (Marlborough), H. Mason (North Otago), C. Mellish (Marlborough), E. Jackson. (Hawke's Bay), H. Whiu (North Auckland), W. Cooper (Auckland), H. Mataira (Hawke's Bay), D. Ruakere (Taranaki), T. Reid, captain (Hawke's Bay), B. Rogers (Poverty Bay), W. Robertson (East Coast). Reserves: Back, G. Ryder (Wanganui); forward, J. LockAvood (East Coast). The visitors have won only two of the nine games previously played. They were successful against Wanganui and North Otago. Australia in these nine contests, during the course of which they lost the Bledisloe Cup taken from New Zealand at Sydney in 1934, scored 113 points to 154 registered by opposing sides.
