ERECTING MOORING MASTS. (Beceiveu -—uun.) LONDON, February 15. In the House of Commons, Sir Philip Sassoon (Under-Secretary for Air), replying to a question on the progress in the Dominions for the erection of standard mooring masts for Empire airships, said that Canada had selected a site at St. Herbert, Montreal, and the work was already in progress. South Africa had not yet selected a site but the Air Ministry had ordered material for a mast and the work would, begty as soon as the site was ofrosen.
