RAINS CAUSE FLOODS.
SEVERE DAMAGE DONE.
SYDNEY, February 15. Heavy rains in the northern district? caused floods at Armidale. The lower part of the town was inundated and the residents were forced to leave their houses. The gasworks were flooded and the toton is without light. Severs damage was done to property. Rain also caused heavy damage to crops in the Glen Innes district.
