A single seater Bristol Bulldog, specially equipped with a super-charged device, is being prepared for an attack on the Italian airman Donati's altitude record of 38,802 ft. The pilot will wear electrically-heated clothing and will also be supplied with - oxygen, as he may become unconscious at a great height.
