VICTIM PROGRESSING. EVERY CHANCE OF RECOVERY. (By Telegraph. — Special to "Star.") STRATFORD, this day. James Farrelly, the victim of the Tangarakau shooting affray, is reported to be making good progress, and although it is thought he will probably suffer facial disfigurement and the loss of the sight of one eye, there is every chance of his ultimate recovery.
