A Provincial Government . Gazette, published on Saturday, contains a notice thatnative ganie, with the exception of curlew, may be hunted, shot, taken, and killed, within the Piovince of Auckland during the months of April, May, June, July, and August; .notifications regarding leases which have been granted, withdrawn, cancelled, and which are open for selection; one has been granted, one withdrawn, eighteen are open for selection; and forty-six leases have been cancelled ; notice that the district of Parawai has been brought under the provisions of the Auckland Municipal Police Act, 1866; amended boundaries of the Waikomiti Highway District; ditto Waitakerei South Highway District; notice that thie Titirangi Highway District is a district under the Act; that the first meeting of the electors of the Waikomiti will take place at Captain Cable's house, Waikomiti Parish, on the 4th of May ; appointment of Mr. Alexander Beveridge to be pilot; for the port Of Hokianga. The Gazette also contains a notification that tenders, in writing, will be received at the Superintendent's office until noon of May 16th, for a lease of three years of the school reserve at Eemuera; delegation of- the powers vested in the Commissioner of Crown Lands to the Trusceeis of the Mount Albert and Tamaki East Highway Districts; list of Crown grants awaiting delivery at the office of the Registrar of Deeds, as specified in the schedule; application to register the Reformed Gold Mining Company, and notice of the sitting of the Native Lands Court at Ahipara on the Ist June next, and following days.
