CRITICAL DECISIONS NEAR
PARIS, March 3,
Critical decisions are expected at the Peace Conference during the week, including the settlement of the preliminary peace terms, which should be ready when President Wilson lands on March 13.
Tt is believed that it has already been decided that Germany will be compelled to destroy all war material over and above the. maximum which the committee of commanders-in-chief will alloiv. also her entire, fleet of military aeroplanes. This will save the cost of dclav or their transport to Allied countries.
