THE DISARMAMENT.
PARIS, March 2. The "Echo de Paris" believes that the lnter-allied Military Commission will supervise the destruction of all guns and aeroplanes in Germany beyond what is necessary to equip the reduced German army. Allied experts will permanently supervise the great armament factories.
The same neAvspaper publishes a Stockholm message under reserve that three German transports landed 8000 troops under General yon der Goltz at Libau with the intention of re-occupy-ing Riga.
