THE LAND BOARD ENQUIRY.

At the Land Board Enquiry this morning, Mr Samuel raised au objection to the Board proceeding vtith the cases, as no notice of the enquiry had been given in connection with them He also took objection to proceeding with the case of Walter Ryley, contending that thn Board had no jurisdiction. Tho Board adjourned till 2.30 to consider the points raised.
