ARBUOKLE * has received instructions from the Trustees, in the estate of the late Thomas Hinde to sell by public auction on the Premises, Greenbank Farm, near Lawrence, on he above date— The whole of that valuable freehold pro- , perty known as GREENBANK FARM, adjoining the town boundary of Lawrence, and comprised in Sections 28, 29, 31, 32 to 41, 46 to 54, 66 to 68, and 114, Block 1., ua peka East district, containing by admeasurement 359 acres 20 poles (more or less.) The above land is so well and favorably know that any comments on the part of the Auctioneer is quite superfluous. It is unrivalled in the Tuapeka district, and having been laid down in English grass and turnip crops for a number of years, it is now in grand condition for any description of cropping ; it is substantially fenced and subdivided into a number of convenient-sized paddocks.
