ARRIVAL OF THE CHILE FROM LONDON. Ike iron ship Chile, Cutbert, master, arrived in harbour yesterday mornim; from London, after a long passage of 112 days. It is but seldom that we hare to complain of want, of courtesy on the pait of the masters or oflicer.« of vessels entering onr port, but in this instance we have cause to regret, that our time should have been wasted for upwards of an hour awaitiiiL' for the report of her passage, which we did not receive. We are, however, indebted to Messrs. Bron-u. Campbell and Co., agents for the ship, for the passenger list and cargo. Subsequentlv, we obtained a few particulars of the voyage from an obliging passenger, which, from his account, does not appear to have been of an altogether pleasant description. The Chile left London on (lie 22nd August, and eros-.wl the Kqnator on the 2lith September. Passed tlie meridian ol' the Cape of Good Hope cm I the 2:inl October, and Tasmania on the 27.h November. Made the Three Kings on the Bth, and arrived in harbour yesterday morning. In running down her easting a quantity of ice was passed, and, with the exception ol" a strong ;jale experienced during last mouth, the passage lias been very pleasant, so far as the weather was concerned.

Our Raglan correspondent sends us the following document which was handed to him by a native on the 11th instant, which was found in a sealed bottle picked up by him on the coast about ten miles north from Raglan, on the 2nd December:—"This bottle was cast into the sea from the barque A. H. Badger, of Lyttelton, in New Zealand, on the 25th day of June. ISIS!>. in 39 ucg. and 3 min. south latitude, and IGS dcg. 2!> niin. east longitude ; and about 220 miles to the northwest of Cape Farewell, 1 ! days out from Sydney, and boiuid to Lyttelton.' Amongst the passengers by the ship Chili from London yesterday, are Mr. nnd Mrs. Mann. Mr. Mann was chief oflicer of the ship Ida Zeigler for several voyages, and is well known in this port. The s.s. Auckland was to leave Sydney on the S'.h instant, and may be looked for this evening or to-morrow.
