Cornsacks are better held ; lls Cd it wanted for parcels. Dried fruits were in fair trade request at full rates, 4Jd to 5d for currants, ssd for Eleme raisins, and 8d for flue Muscateli. The market continues so bare of ration sugars that country orders for this class aro unfulfilled. The demand for teas has been light : tome small lots ware taken at current rates. Messrs Bradley, Newton, and Lamb held a large sale to-day of sugars, groceries, &c. About 900 bags medium yellow counters sold at £34 15s to £35 12s Cd. The damaged portion of the cargo ex 'Morning Stir' realised prices ranging from £34 2s Cd to £40 2s Cd, net cash. Muscatel raisins, damaged, 4d to 7}d per |b. ; caraway*, Gd ; arrowroot, 8d ; Californian flour, £10 to £10 2s Cd ; phkles, 7s, &c.
