Henry Thomas Atkins, a remittance man, got two years for larceny of opera glasses. James Barnard was placed on twelve montlj3 l probation for horse stealing. - Nicholas Moore got two years for indecent assault on a chj'd 5£ yer.rs old.
James Ferguson Moivison got tfc::ee years' penal servitude for forgeiy ajd false pretenses.
