(Left) On December 23, at Beckenham, England, the marriage took pi act; of Dr. C. C. Anderson, eldest son of Mr. W. F. J. Anderson, of Napier, to Mona, eldest daughter of Mrs. Shrimpton, of Brookside, Nelson' (late of Dunedin). The bride, who was given away by Mr. D. G. Davidson, was attended by the Misses M. and L. Davidson, and Dr. L. A. Bennett (Murchison) was best man. Dr. Anderson is at present engaged upon X-ray research work at the Royal Infirmary, Manchester, where .he and Mrs. Anderson are now residing.

SYDNEY F. ANDERSON, OF THE ROYAL NAVAL AIR SERVICE, HAS BEEN AWARDED THE MEDAL FOR CONSPICUOUS GALLANTRY. He already holds the D.S.M. and Royal Humane Society’s Medal, and has already been on active service with the Royal Naval Air Service for over two years. Sydney Anderson is a son of Mr. J. N. Anderson, of Napier, H. B., and before proceeding to England to join the service he was in the employ of Messrs. Duncan and Co., Napier.
