KEEPING THE MOUNTEDS FIT.—MEMBERS OF THE 32ND MOUNTED RIFLES MARCHING FROM FEATHERSTON TO PAPAWAI FOR THE PURPOSE OF RIFLE SHOOTING PRACTICE. These sturdy men, who compare favourably with the best infantry, bear evidence of the fine physcal condition which they are in. Marching and rifle practice figure largely in their training, and in case of emergency it is certain the members of the Mounted Rifles if called upon could worthily uphold the traditions of New/ Zealand’s renowned infantry corps
